At BabyJack.ME, we strive to deliver your favorite Learning Lovey products efficiently and securely. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your order arrives promptly. We offer a range of shipping options tailored to fit your needs, along with clear information on costs to help you make informed decisions.
BabyJack.ME ships to anywhere in the UAE. Offering both "Next Day" and "Standard" delivery options at the best possible rates. We use industry leading partners to carry out our shipping, ensuring your purchase gets to you quickly and in great condition. All shipping rates are displayed upon checkout.
We also offer shipping to other GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain & Qatar). In most cases, shipments will be completed using DHL Express courier service and typically take between 5-7 business days to reach their final destination.
For your convenience, these purchases will also be provided with real-time tracking updates so you can follow your order every step of the way. Any import or customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that shipping times may vary if the order in placed on a public holiday, or during times of unexpected delays (such as extreme weather, political unrest), or if the product you have selected is listed as a "pre-order" item.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return or exchange an item, BabyJack.ME makes the process simple and hassle-free. Our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 15 calendar days from the date you received your purchase.
Products should be unused and in as-new condition, in the original packaging and with all tags/labels attached.

Guide
Please send an email to hello@babyjack.me with the subject titled "Return" and be sure to include your Name, Order Number and Items Purchased in your email text. Please also specify the reason for return, and in the case of a defect please be sure to attach a photo.
A member of our team will get back to you within 2 business days. Once a claim is accepted, you will receive a further confirmation email stating the necessary return details and procedure. We will refund or replace your purchase once the original item has been received.
